As a Naturopathic Doctor with over 20 years of experience in both Alberta and Ontario, I’ve always believed that true, lasting health begins at home — and often with the moms. Mothers are the quiet architects of family wellness, managing everything from meal planning to soccer practices, and their well-being directly shapes the health of those around them. That’s why I love supporting them first. When moms thrive, families flourish. My approach is grounded in compassion, practicality, and a deep respect for the mental load many women carry.
I began my journey in health with a degree in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences (and a minor in French) from the University of Guelph, followed by my training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My care is rooted in science, nourished by experience, and inspired by the resilience of the families I work with every day. When I’m not in practice, you’ll find me outdoors with my kids and dog — in the garden, on a paddle board, or deep in the backcountry on a canoe trip. I also find joy in quiet moments with a good book. Nature, family, and knowledge fuel both my life and my work.
