My goal is to motivate and empower families and communities to participate in their own health, and to help them make meaningful changes in their lifestyle no matter how big or small.
Since her return to Ontario, She has completed the required training and examination to offer you B12 injections and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. I want to help others see that there is always a way around an obstacle. Sometimes, I meet parents who are devastated to learn that their child has a neurodevelopment disorder and feels helpless because they have been told by others that there is nothing they can do. I don't believe there is ever a situation where nothing can be done. Maybe a cure doesn't exist yet, but there are always ways to help you manage a condition or situation. I want to help people see that there is always a way.
In her spare time, Dr. Jilan enjoys spending time with her family, whether in the kitchen, trying new recipes or playing outdoors. When she has time to herself, she enjoys meditating, reading, running, gardening and finding new ways to implement socially and environmentally conscientious practices in her daily life.
